Practice Accountant to Specialise in Recruitment If you are a Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant and would like to use your finance experience in a different type of position, a career in recruitment may be a refreshing change of direction. Within Accountancy Solutions, our preference is to hire candidates with either a Finance or HR background. Recruitment is challenging, rewarding and no two days are ever the same. As a career it definitely beats  doing the same set of monthly accounts 12 time each year!! Practice Division Our Practice division has a high profile within the Irish market. We supply recruitment solutions to a diverse range of accountancy firms accross Ireland from Big4 to the Sole Practioner firm. The Division recruits staff from trainee level to partner level. This is an established division with huge potential for growth and we are seeking to actively develop this area of our business over the coming 12 months. The role offers excellent scope to assist in developing & expanding the division within Accountancy Solutions. This position will involve taking ownership of individual client assignments, developing the client base and planning the direction of the division.
