Chef de Parties/Commis Required - Ma Nolans (French Riviera)

Chef de Parties/Commis required in Nice, South of France  Ma Nolan's Irish Pub Group seeks cooks for our group of Irish Pubs on the Cote d'Azur in the South of France. We are looking to expand our team of motivated, flexible and friendly staff in our Irish pubs and are offering competitive pay packages for the right candidate including full health insurance and benefit in kind Main responsibilities of the role include: • Assisting the head chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness  • Responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the kitchen  - The Ideal candidates will: • be HACCP trained  • Have +1 year in a similar role  • Able to work in a pressured environment  • Meticulous about attention to detail in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation and consistency)  • Proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene  • Have a willingness to learn and develop their career further - Be able to work on own initiative This is a  FULL TIME position.  Please only apply if you are available for full time and permanent work only and have adequate experience.
