Credit Controller - Co. Meath - D004974 We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients for a Credit Controller to join their team based in Co. Louth from now until the end of the year on a fixed term contract to cover parental leave and holidays. Responsibilities: Debtors account management & debt collection for Irish and UK Market Timely and accurate completion of end of month reports. The updating and maintenance of general ledger and cash books. Key Attributes: Excellent numeric and analytical skills Possess a comprehensive understanding of general accounting procedures/principles Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals and to provide cover where needed. Key Tasks and Duties: Ensure that all appropriate books and records of account are kept in the manner required Work within the ethos and standards of the company Chasing payments due from Debtors Reviewing and maintaining Credit Limits Processing payment received from debtors ensuring all are properly allocated. Daily Banking of cheques received from Debtors Reconciliation of customers statements Issuing Credit Notes Assist in preparation of Bank Reconciliations Assist in preparation and posting of all bank journals Checking invoice prices Filing credit notes and other documentation Dealing with accounts queries & liaising with other departments in resolving queries.
