Financial Accountant (Energy)

Our client is a successful company working in the Renewable Energy sector. With headquarters located in Dublin City Centre, the company has projects under development in multiple locations worldwide. Reporting to a very high-calibre Head of Finance, this role will be part of a high-performing Head Office team with exposure to Senior stakeholders from day one. ABOUT THE ROLE: Complete ownership of month-end process & reporting, including balance sheet & P&L reconciliations Liaise with Project Managers and manage project forecasts Management of the annual external group audit Prepare and present cashflow to senior management team The delivery of tax compliance requirements Ad-hoc tasks as required by management ABOUT THE CANDIDATE: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a minimum of 3 years' experience (including training experience) Team player within a fast-paced environment with a high level of dedication and commitment Experience working with accounting software is a strong advantage Must have strong Excel experience Should have ability to work on own initiative and have a flexible approach to work Excellent attention to detail and good awareness of compliance and control requirements.
