Hearing Centre Manager TWEED HEADS and GRAFTON

We are looking for a result driven Hearing Centre Manager to lead our diverse team of hearing specialists and administration staff in TWEED HEADS and GRAFTON. You will enjoy the challenge of maintaining and growing the business, coaching and developing staff and building long lasting relationships with the local health community.

As the Hearing Centre Manager you will:

  • Manage the day to day operations of a busy hearing centre with a strong focus on quality service and profitability
  • Identify and develop business and market share growth opportunities
  • Have knowledge of the fundamentals of HR, finance, and marketing as they relate to the running of successful businesses
  • Have outstanding time management skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Have experience in performance management and to optimize employee performance and development
  • Foster collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Have solid analytical skills and business acumen to understand and make commercial decisions
  • Have experience in budgeting, establishing effective KPI's and ensuring these are met
  • Have experience in managing team in multiple and/or remote locations
  • Have tertiary business qualifications and/or experience managing a business in a similar service based industry
