Description
This role is reporting in to the Credit Control Manager.
The duties include:
- Monitoring and chasing debt on a ledger with roughly 500 customers
- Reducing debtor days and overdue percentages
- Handling disputes, bringing payments into line with credit terms
- Producing weekly reports for management to review outstanding debt
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar position - Essential
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Essential
- Have competent Excel skills - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
