They are recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to be part of the payroll team. You will be joining an established department of 20 people.

Reporting into the Payroll Manager and liaising with the Finance & Payroll Administrators, you will be providing support to employees across the UK regarding payment queries.

Salary: £19,000 – £21,000

Duties as Payroll Advisor will include:
• Being the first point of contact to support workers regarding payment queries
• Identifying and investigating issues and informing payroll appropriately
• Helping to resolve complex customer queries
• Proving excellent customer service at all times
• Working and resolving multiple cases at once

You will:
• Have excellent customer service experience
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be very empathetic and able to deescalate situations
• Be able to keep calm, multitask and prioritise cases
