Finance Controller position for a mid-sized business located in Central London.
The company is built up of multiple divisions offering various B2B services across the U.K and looking for a mid-management FC to join their established business.

Description
Ownership of the financial operation for 3 business units.
To ensure financial integrity of the controls, reporting and system and other processes within the services businesses.
To actively seek optimisation of margin and performance within the business unit as partner to the operational Managing Director / General Manager and their team.
Full Group-wide Financial Systems and Optimisation accountability to ensure legal and other compliance.
Development of appropriate team to meet Financial, System and Business Objectives.
To play a key part in the wider team across all business units as and when required and to support the organization as it grows.
Responsible for all Group led systems and IT based initiatives with approval and support of operational teams
Ensure policies / frameworks and controls are in place and regularly updated at a Group level.
Stand in for the Group Finance Director and attend Board meetings and Leadership meetings appropriately prepared in advance.
Prepare (for Direct businesses) and supervise / evolve standard reporting for the Group to Internal and External parties.
Manage the Management Accountant , Reporting Accountant Act as Business partner for the Direct Services business units
Budget ownership and Control with senior business and financial team
Assist the Finance function to Promote company values and standards, and exhibit appropriate behaviour in accordance with company ethos.
Any ad-hoc reasonable assistance to the wider Finance team
Profile
Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA- or equivalent
Experience of managing a complex team covering all financial components / disciplines
Experience with various ERP and business process software's and how they interact (i.e. T&A Systems, Purchasing Systems)
Proven experience building influential relationships with senior stakeholders
Advanced Systems Skills - experience modelling decisions & outcomes
Experience of presenting management & statutory information
Job Offer
The client is paying £65,000- £75,000 plus benefits
