Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a Operations Manager to contribute to the achievement of the objectives for the business through full operational support in the delivery of the business plan. Within a successful chartered financial planning firm in South Birmingham.

You role will include:

• Overseeing of all business support functions
• Planning and controlling change
• Overseeing business facilities and layout
• Liaison and support of Departmental Managers
• Reviewing of departmental performance targets
• Regular reporting to the board of Directors of departmental performance against business targets and budgets
• Effective communication across the business
• Developing a culture based on the business ethos
• Recruitment
• Monitoring of quality standards
• Monitoring of risk
• working within agreed budgets
• First aid, health and safety and fire safety procedures
• developing relationships with clients, prospects, professional connections and businesses
• Adherence to the company's policies and procedures, including those relating to equality of opportunity, anti-discriminatory practice, confidentiality and health and safety

You will benefit from:
