Confidential search, stable foreign bank, Head of Finance, up to 1.4 million per annum plus bonus

Your new company
An actively expanding international bank with growing presence in the Asia Pacific region is seeking a high calibre finance professional to join as a Head of Finance and take the lead in growing and expanding the finance department.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the APAC CFO, your primary duties will require you to oversee all finance related activites for the branch, including preparation of HKMA banking returns to ensure compliance with HKMA reporting requirements, as well as work on the area of corporate governance and financial control. In addition, you will handle ad-hoc head office reporting tasks, new system implementation, and various finance related projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a CPA (or equivalent) qualified with a degree in Accounting & Finance or related. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 8 or more years of related financial reporting / regulatory reporting / financial control experience. Additionally, you must possess outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Cantonese.

You will be offered a salary between 1 million and 1.4 million per annum, plus bonus, pending on your level of experiences so far.
