Action Recruitment are seeking applications from experienced  Bar Supervisors on behalf of our client, an amazing venue in Dubai.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Bar Supervisor in a busy environment, wishing to relocate to Dubai in June and further their career in an award-winning venue. The ideal candidate will have Bar Supervisor experience, working in high-end establishments.  You will be responsible for taking control of one of the cocktail bars in the property.  You must have excellent presentation skills and show flair and creativity when it comes to drink production.  You must also have excellent team motivation, development and communication skills and be able to train the team to raise standards and deliver exceptional customer service.  Candidate Requirements Include: Supervisory experience in up-scale, established environments Excellent organisation and communication skills (personable, friendly and approachable) Passionate about the creation and production of cocktails (providing impeccable presentation, service, and quality) Knowledge of stock rotation, ordering, rotas etc. Ability to build positive relationships with clients/guests to ensure customer satisfaction To ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the bars To lead team by example To coach, train and motivate individual team members to develop their skills and maximise performance Excellent package; €30k tax-free salary plus accommodation, healthcare and flights.
