Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant wanted for Leading Reinsurance Company - Dublin City Centre Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our client, a Leading Reinsurance Company based in Dublin City Centre. The role reports directly to the Accounts Manager and will play a fundamental role within the Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 2 years PQE in an insurance/reinsurance environment. Your Role: Supervising and reviewing the work of the account analysts Running monthly/quarterly closes Preparing 3rd party reinsurance technical P&L and balance sheets Budgeting and forecasting of third party business Preparing management reporting for Senior Managers and Board meetings Assisting the Reporting Manager/Finance Director Your Skills : Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQE in an insurance/reinsurance environment Strong leadership skills Highly developed oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Should this position be of interest to you please forward your CV to Aoife Davis from Abrivia Recruitment at or alternatively call Aoife at 01 5313732.
