Project Coordinator Co Antrim £20,000 - £30,000 + Our client, a long standing and well-established supplier of engineered solutions to the wider construction and building industry are seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to provide best in class support across project and related activities. Reporting into and support senior management you will be responsible for; Creating and coordinating PQQ project files Supporting the coordination of all live 'jobs' from ensuring all staff involved have right skills and training through to health & safety planning, files and document issuing Supporting the management in IMS compliance duties CSR/ CSCR Card coordination, creating and maintaining live register of all staff to ensure all training and accreditation up to date Subcontractor planning; ensuring sub contract staff are prepared for site activities and have both all Reviewing tender portals daily and following up on relevant tenders Seeking to improve and modernise existing processes utilising software Creation of concise Works packages Supporting risk assessments & method statements We are keen to speak with applicants who can demonstrate; Previous experience gained in a comparable role; i.e. one involving a mix of; Project support Tendering / procurement Risk Assessments and Method Statements IMS compliance / administration Additionally, you should possess; Sound level of IT literacy across MS Office suite Strong communication skills Effective planning skills Ideally a relevant qualification to 3rd level
