Mon - Wed 10am - 7pm Thurs 9.30am-6.30pm Fri 9am - 5.30pm
**No weekends**

This is an ideal entry level position into the Mortgage Industry for someone with previous telephone based sales experience. My client will progress and assist with gaining CeMap for those who wish to progress.
Working as part of a high motivated, driven and friendly team. You will receive one to one training and development to ensure you deliver a great experience and outcome for customers.
-Responding / Speaking to potential customers whose credit profile has been declined for a loan
-Offering customers an alternative solution to suit their finance needs
-Gaining an understanding of customer affordability by completing a fact find
-Handling objections and understanding the customers needs
-Sending out and chasing up customer packs
-Working to targets
