As a senior member of the team, you will have a range of responsibilities and targets Be accountable for the successful growth and reputation of the practice bydriving business development activities including bid proposal and managementrelationship management activities both within offshore and onshore stakeholders and clients Ensure consistent high quality project delivery byactively managing the senior client interfaces, taking responsibility for project deliveryleading and delivering multiple engagements and taking full responsibility for the outputdirecting and managing consultants and resources on project/BD activities People management and developmentManagement and contribution to the development of junior staffOn the job coaching and training of staff on technical and non-technical aspectsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSTo succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experienceStrong academic background (either CA/ACA, ACCA)Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience gained in either corporate roles, strategy consultancy, or similar analytical/ deal experienceStrong financial analysis and skills.Credible record of operating at a senior management/board levelExperience of leading project teams and running proposalsAbility to identify critical data and data sourcesStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnergetic and results-focused
