SENIOR PAYMENT ASSISTANT

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Payment Assistant.

You Will be required to do the following;

  • Produce monthly timetable for the payment team leader and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Send BACS payments for all payrolls required
  • Balance the payroll/accountancy interface files and ensuring that they are completed before the deadlines
  • Assist with end f year reconciliation on all monthly payrolls
  • Make payment deduction from payroll for tax and NI to HMRC
  • Maintain and report records for third party payments in respect of deduction from payroll.
  • Checking all supporting documents for starters and leavers on all payrolls.

You will be required to undertake other duties appropriate to the role.
