As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will join the market leading Private Client team in the region, that advises high net worth individuals, partnerships and private equity firms. Your role will be predominately advisory focused and can involve no compliance should you so wish as the team is supported by compliance centres to undertake this work. Equally, should you wish to perform a mixed role then this could be accommodated. Being brought into a managerial role means that you will be required to lead, train and delegate tasks to junior members, especially with regards to technical tax issues. This is a particularly lucrative branch of the firm that has been steadily growing in the past few years.
To be considered for this position, you do not need to have previous tax advisory experience however if not, then you must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for this and desire to develop the required skills. You do need to be technically proficient and have a demonstrated track record of your leadership abilities. Additionally, should be ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified, or the equivalent.
This role offers agile working which means that you do not have to be based in Cambridge nor do you have to work the standard workday, but rather an arrangement tailored to you can be agreed.
