Our client based in the logistics industry in surrey has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy but friendly team.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Ledger Clerk include:

  • Inputting invoices onto accounts systems
  • Allocating cash into accounts and sending invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Credit notes

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reasonable literacy in the use of Excel
  • Professional, strong client-service attitude
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to offer support readily
  • Experience within a finance department
  • Experience with Sage line 500
