My client are a Media company based in Algate East. Due to a busy growth period, they are looking to take on a Banking/Accounts Assistant within their Finance team. This role is an opportunity to grow and develop your Finance experience, as well as gain exposure to month end reporting, cash forecasts and annual statutory accounts.

With Revenues predicted to rise over the next year, my client are looking to fill this role as soon as possible!

East London: Banking/Accounts Assistant:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Revenue
• Banking/Cash management
• Monitoring Accounts Receivable
• Monitoring Accounts Payable
• Collecting debt
• Managing customer collections processes
• Month end processes including - Revenue Reporting, Deferred and accrued income calculations
• Cash Forecasting
• Any ad hoc Finance related duties

Banking/Accounts Assistant:

The successful candidate:

• Immediately available

• Good customer communication style

• Banking/Cash management experience

• Dynamics experience is a bonus

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £24,000 and £28,000 for the position, depending on experience
