We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client to fill the following vacancy: “ADMINISTRATOR/COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR” This position will assist with supervision of MWM money services business, pension and investment administration, compliance administrations, investment and pension client interface and loans administration. The ideal candidate should be hard working, trustworthy, energetic, flexible, and capable of multi-tasking with banking experience and demonstrated capacity to grow within the company. As this position involves significant customer interaction, the candidate must be highly motivated, customer service oriented, a self-starter able to work independently, and willing to make a serious commitment to providing quality work. Duties Include: Supervision of cashiers Performance of cashiering duties on as need basis Review of cashiers' schedules Introduction of company's pension and investment products and services to clients Preparation of loan files for submission to manager Performance of compliance related function for money services business uu   Conducting due diligence file reviews uu   Liaising with clients to obtain due diligence information and documents uu  Assisting with monitoring of transactions for suspicious activity uu  Updating and maintenance of due diligence and other client data in document management systems uu  Maintenance of electronic and physical records uu  Supervising scanning of files Liaising with MoneyGram international on marketing, resolution of clients, operational and compliance related matters Preparation of monthly statistical and management reports for money services and finance business Preparation of quarterly staff reviews for management review. Other duties as required from time to time Minimum Requirements: A Degree in Accounting or Certified Accounting Technician qualification or Level 1 ACCA Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an accounting, banking or auditor position Proficient in computer; advanced experience with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent customer service experience Applications will be treated in strict confidence and should email their detailed resume along with two business references with contact information to the following email Human Resource Department MWM Services Limited P.O.
