My client are a leading FMCG company who specialise in cheese. They have a credit control team of 5 based in Wandsworth, South West London.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Credit Controller (FMCG) role are:

• Ensuring that debts are collected within the agreed terms
• Allocations of customer receipts (accountancy)
• Setting up new customer credit accounts and credit checks
• Maintain regular contact with customers
• Recording notes on customer accounts
• Raising credit note requests for customers
• Sending accounts legal
• Respond to customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Liaising with sales managers and customer service staff
• Provide cover for other accounts staff as and when required
• Meet monthly targets set by manager in order to achieve bonus
• General administration, opening the post, recruiting temporary staff

Profile

The successful candidate will have two years experience in a credit control role and will be available to interview asap.

Previous knowledge on Kerridge (accountancy) will be advantageous. Based in Wandsworth, South West London.

Job Offer

The successful Credit Controller (FMCG) will be offered £23,000 up to £25,000 depending on experience.
