Accounting Technician - North Antrim

MCS Group are looking for an Accounting Technician to join an accountancy practice in North Antrim. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for a range of duties including accounts preparation, supporting the completion of VAT returns, bookkeeping, and offering advice to clients when required. You will be dealing with a range of local clients from sole traders and partnerships to small businesses. You must be experienced in preparing accounts and ideally have a background in working in an accountancy firm. You must be personable and be able to speak confidently to clients. An accounting technician qualification (AAT or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. In return, you will be joining a small practice with the capability of offering a long term, stable role within a friendly team environment.
