A large global insurance business are searching for an eager, career focussed individual ideally with insurance experience.
In this role, you will manage a case- load of household claims accounts and will be the sole point of contact for each customer throughout the lifecycle of their claim. As well as speaking with customers, you will liaise with other areas of the business as well as contractors to ensure that the running of the claim runs smoothly from notification through to settlement.
Shift patterns will vary, but unlike other roles you will not be required to work continual late nights. Your hours will mostly shift between 8- 4, 9- 5 and 10- 6.
You will be supported to complete insurance qualifications and will receive pay rises upon successful completion.
