Reporting to the CFO, you will head up the FP&A team which includes business partnering and offering a commercial support service to the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning process - budgeting & forecasting
- Developing and implementing methodology for branch and business unit profitability analysis at a fully cost absorbed level
- Lead and develop a small team
- Managing the funds transfer policy
- Detailed analysis and modelling of all income and cost drivers including net margin income trends
- Appraisal of all business cases and commercial proposals
You will be an experienced FP&A leader with business partnering experience providing commercial support to senior stakeholders across a business. You will have experience working within a retail or commercial bank or a significant lending regulated business and be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or have an MBA.
