An exciting and rare opportunity has a risen for a Financial Analyst to join global company based in Chesterfield.
You will already come from a background working within a large, fast paced company and keen to develop your existing skills.
This is a newly created role is due to substantial growth and the successful candidate will be based in brand new luxury modern offices.
Reporting to the head of finance duties will include:
* Continuously review existing business practices to identify and implement changes which deliver greater cost efficiency
* Reporting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's to the management team including commentary to explain operational variances against budget/forecast and prior periods.
* Work with the Continuous Improvement team to develop cost-effective solutions for day to day problems and identify performance enhancing investment opportunities.
* Analysing warehouse production speed and efficiency
* Manipulate large volumes of data
* Producing MI reports for Directors review
Person Specification:
* Proven track record in finance management experience both within operations and a commercial environment.
* Utilisation of Budgeting, forecasting and controlling principles.
* Educated to degree.
* ACCA/CIMA Qualified (desirable, not essential)
* Advanced Excel
Package to include:
* £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
* Bonus scheme after successfully passing probationary period (up to 6% of salary)
* Contributory Pension scheme
* 25 days annual holiday allowance + bank holidays
