Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator
- Up to £14 per hour
- On-going long term temporary contract
- Role based in Farnborough
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Administrator to work for our client based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with excellent facilities and offers a friendly and supportive working environment.
This position is full-time working something called a 9 day fortnight. This means you will work one week Monday – Thursday with a 36 hour working week and the next week you work Monday – Friday and work 44 hours per week so every other Friday is an off Friday meaning you work 9 days in every fortnight.
- The main duties for the role will be Accounts Payable of Limited Company Contractors and Suppliers. You will print off invoices, matching the hours against approved timesheets, updating the database and then processing the payments.
- Run weekly payroll
The personal attributes are really important for this role and we are looking for someone who:
- Has an excellent telephone manner
- This is a corporate environment so would suit someone highly professional
- Hard working
- Can do, positive attitude
