Our client is a busy wealth management practice based in near Stockport.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm with excellent prospects for the right individual to progress and develop their career with CII credentials.

The role is varied and demanding. Delivering superior client service is key and as such, applicants must understand that being client focused and having a strong attention to detail are essential skills to succeed.

You would work in a small team who support the Paraplanners and Advisers. Duties will include;

Providing positive and helpful contact for clients.
Preparing for reviews, maintaining client files and collating valuation reports.
Processing client applications within compliance guidelines.
Taking telephone enquiries.
Progress to creating draft Suitability letters
Preparing pre-meeting documentation for the Advisers - Processing new business applications
Liaising with and requesting information from providers - Communicating with clients

Financial Services background essential
Customer Service experience

Relevant CII qualifications are desirable

Applicants must have experience of working in Financial Services with a good understanding of how the industry works and basic knowledge of investments and pensions. However additional training will be provided and the applicant will be encouraged to progress their financial career within the company, to paraplanner status and beyond – (part qualification of this would be a huge advantage).

Candidates applying must have at least two years experience working in a similar role for a firm of Wealth Managers or Independent Financial Advisers. This is a great opportunity to join a company who offer a vibrant and supportive working environment together with opportunities for progression
