Role Summary

As a Finance Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the finance team and provide an important link between the business and clients. You will work in a challenging and innovative environment, undertaking financial and administrative duties across the business. This is a varied and exciting role for someone who is looking to join a company that is expanding rapidly.


* Input and Process Purchase Invoices
* Liaise with suppliers and resolve queries
* Raise sales invoices
* Credit Control
* Undertake Bank Reconciliations
* Undertake intercompany reconciliations
* Undertake VAT returns
* Processing Card Payments
* Post bank statement credits/debits in Sage
* Booking flights and accommodation
* General Ad Hoc office duties

Role Requirements

* Sage 50 Experience essential
* Experience with Intercompany reconciliations preferred
* At least 12 months working with an accounts/finance role
