As a result of continued growth within their business, our client, a leading national firm of chartered accountants & tax advisers in Ellesmere Port, are looking to recruit a Personal Tax Manager to help provide a high level of taxation services and to manage the annual compliance process for their growing client base.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of Personal Tax experience and will have previous experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent opportunities to develop their career within this established and reputable firm
Responsibilities:
Support the Partners in providing all-round tax compliance & advisory services to a variety of personal tax clients.
Provide a high level of Tax Planning & Advisory services to your portfolio & to help other staff members with ad hoc queries.
Develop an internal network within the tax department.
Manage own client portfolio to agreed service standards.
To be actively involved in managing client relationships and communicating directly with clients regarding tax compliance matters on the phone or in person where appropriate.
Supervise & manage the tax returns process.
Providing guidance, training and support to junior staff.
Build a personal network to assist in the expansion of the client base.
Skills:
ATT/CTA qualified (Qualified by Experience will also be considered)
Current tax knowledge
