Description

Supporting one of the key divisions here in the UK, the Commercial Finance Business Partner role will provide the support and information to the Directors and board enabling high level decision making. The role is a critical interface between the operational stakeholders and finance with the key responsibilities:

• Understand, challenge and report on key KPIs and performance metrics
• Clearly deliver analysis and commentary on information
• Create and contribute to a high performance culture
• Lead and contribute to the financial planning process for the division including forecasting and budgeting

My client is only looking to improve and develop the current finance function and this Commercial Finance Business Partner role gives the successful candidate an opportunity to accelerate a career within a global business with ambitions to double global turnover in 5 years. The ideal candidate will be:

• Academically strong including a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a leading University
• Professionally qualified within finance from a Big 4 firm (ACA preferable)
• Moving from another global business - ideally FTSE 100/250
• Someone who has presence, gravitas and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Able to demonstrate Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem solving skills, an unfaltering attention to detail and is highly logical and numerate

£50,000 - £60,000 + (depending on experience) + market leading flexible benefits.
