Clinical Co-ordinator required for an established nursing home located in Dublin, Ireland  Salary and Benefits Salary range circa min €47k (if 78 hrs) up to max €51k (if 84 hours) + Sun/PH premiums circa 8% Rate per hour depending on quality of experience circa €23.00 to €25.00 per hour Sunday Premium 25%, PH premium 100% Statutory Breaks  paid Annual leave 23 average working days Free parking Requirements   Very likely to be already at Senior RGN level or higher More than 5 years PQE as a RGN in a healthcare setting, ideally with NH / care of elderly experience Reporting to DON Responsible for the care management of a unit with up to 46 residents, supported by medical secretary resources Assume full bleep holding onsite responsibility for the home as part of a rota Circa 60% senior RGN role / 40% supernumerary management time DAYTIME HOURS ONLY - willing to work 78 to 84 hours a fortnight, roster rotates every 4 weeks Exceptional clinical ability combined with demonstrable management and communication skills Strong presence to guide and lead RGNs & HCAs and interact effectively with other Managers within the home Resources available for relevant training   To apply send your CV to info(at)kcrjobs.com or call + 353 1671 5557
