Telesales Agent, Dublin 9 (OTE €35,000+)

LAUNCH YOUR SALES CAREER Ideally we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company based in Santry Dublin 9. We are a growing telecommunications business. You will be  expected to close sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer relationships. An effective sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The role will be offered on a full time permanent basis and has an excellent uncapped commission structure. Full training and mentoring will be provided Basic salary - up to 23k DOE with an uncapped bonus potential Responsibilities: Proactively manage a customer base to ensure maximum potential is achieved through making outbound calls to a dedicated customer base Develop new opportunities and manage client relationships. Meeting and exceeding assigned daily and weekly sales targets. Supporting the day-to day activities of the Team Provide excellent customer service. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Support colleagues on a daily basis, and will be required to offer support to new starters Constantly achieve daily and weekly cold calling targets Constantly achieve individual sales targets and other KPI'S Requirements: Ideally at least 1 years experience in a Telesales environment As an internal Telesales Executive, you must have superb communication skills both wriiten and verbal and a first class telephone manner Expereince of working in a target driven environmnet making outbound calls Ability to build relationships quickly Be resilant and self motivated, eager to learn and have good attention to detail Ability to handle multiple responsibilities cocurrently and work well under deadline pressure Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a larger team Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced environment Fully PC literate and familiar with microsoft outlook Ability to learn about products and descripe them to potential clients Ability to track leads If you are a motivated Telesales Executive with a proven track record then this could be the perfect role for you, apply online today!!
