As part ACCA's global strategy, the new appointee, for their Head of ACCA Ireland, will create, implement and drive forward the strategic business plan for Ireland. Enabling and driving market performance across all aspects of their key performance outcomes, which are to attract, develop, sustain and lead an engaged and continually growing membership for ACCA Ireland, in synergy with their global teams across Europe & Americas. Key Responsibilities of the Head of ACCA: Provide visionary leadership to influence and implement ACCA's strategy in Ireland Create and manage implementation of the market plan, ensuring market leading positioning Ensure long-term effective positioning of the ACCA brand in the local and global market Be a key representative of ACCA's global strategy, ensuring clarity of value it delivers Lead and mentor an internal cross functional team across sales, marketing and operations Deliver annual, scalable growth plans through membership acquisition, business development, marketing and communications Hold full accountability for country budget Engage at a strategic level with influential groups including government departments, local accountancy bodies and regulators, employers, educational institutions etc. The Ideal Person will possess: A solid background in business development, with a proven record in implementing effective sales & marketing growth strategies Excellent energy with natural gravitas and credibility to represent ACCA Ireland as their brand ambassador, showing inspiration and team drive Demonstrable integrity and professionalism in line with ACCA values Ideally a knowledge of the accounting network and community with a good appreciation of public affairs, presenting to local media and the professional business audiences Strong initiative, self-motivation, influential leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferably educated to degree level For a confidential discussion and to share more information on this Head of ACCA Ireland JOB , please contact Orla Brennan, Partner at Brightwater Executive on + 353 662 1000 or click to apply below
