Payroll and Accounts Administrator

Your new company We a delighted to be in exclusive partnership with a leading Catering and Event Management Company for their 2018 recruitment season. This company is responsible for the catering management of several large scale events in Connaught as well as providing services for corporate events, weddings and fundraisers. We are currently seeking applications for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator on a fixed term contract (approx. 6-9 months) to start asap. Your new role In this varied role you will be fully responsible for the payroll management of each company entity. You will process wages for approx 150 employees as standard with flex up to 650 during the busiest part of the season. You will manage monthly P30's, year end P60's and P45's and produce various payroll reports. Additionally you will be assisting in month end accounts, management reporting and bank reconciliations. What you'll need to succeed For this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years experience in a flexible payroll environment and be comfortable with changing payroll levels. You must be familiar with Micropay and Thesaurus and and have excellent working knowledge of Sage Line 50. An IPASS qualification is an advantage but not a necessity. This is a small team environment, therefore, an ability to work independently is essential. What you'll get in return This role is a varied and dynamic with a high level of responsibility. You will be working in a centrally located office in the city centre.
