We are looking for Finance controller supporting Field Services Business VP, Field Services Operations, Field Services Finance BP (Zone or Cluster). Ensure governances around service controlling are in place (costing review, risk/opportunity analysis/review, BFS review, Field Services/Solutions Guidelines, IFRS). Advise various stakeholders on main areas of attention regarding cost-to-serve and risks/opportunities of top line forecast. Responsibilities This is the service controlling role supporting Singapore country specifically in the following areas Operational Efficiency Hourly rates calculation and update in the ERP. Regular check to make sure they are valid. Under / Over absorption measurement and management. Time sheet control and utilization rate measurement. Project and Contract Follow-up Local Actual vs Planned costs, planning update (>>> GM slippage). WIP& Invoicing. Revenue actual vs planned. Risks & Loss identification (>>> provisions) Backlog ageing. Close date. ERP Status update (open / technical closure rate). Monthly closing Technical risks & quality costs allocation. CS module specific controlling process. GM and Delta Price Local and Consolidated margin calculation follow up Transactional part spare parts delta price / Recurring standard discount Financial Performance Top Line performance with articulation between Pipeline, Order intake and Sales. Gross Margin management and Performance. Forecasting Process. Mix management. Utilization and Productivity standards. Efficiency of Base Costs within Margin and CM Ratio of MBC vs DVC , SFC vs Sales. Governance Display analyses requests and express needs of businesses. Delegation of Authority enforcement. Booking rules compliance make sure it is implemented locally. Pricing Raw material inflation impacts measurement and action plans. GM on big opportunities quoted alignment with DoA and threshold setting. Continuous Improvement Proper implementation of Field Services Controlling standard Enforcement, action plan for weaknesses identified and follow up of improvement Main aspect backlog & pipe management, capacity planning, efficiency & utilization, spares management Qualifications Degree in Finance or Accountancy. ACCA, CIMA, or CPA certification is a must. At least 5 years of working experience as Services Controller (preferably) or Project Controller in an MNC. SAP knowledge is a strong plus. Meticulous with excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills. Strong collaboration, leadership and strategic influencing skills. Demonstrate strong partnership role within a highly matrix and multi-cultural MNC environment. Business acumen, sound decision marking, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to manage complex stakeholder relationships Ability to prioritize multiple responsibility, balancing deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
