I am currently seeking a Finance Manager for a temporary 3 month assignment that could be on-going.
The business is looking for somebody who is immediately available who has strong finance managerial experience.
The duties you will be responsible for are...
1) To be responsible for all aspects of the financial management, and to act as responsible financial officer under the terms.
2) To manage the preparation and monitoring of the budget, preparation of annual accounts and report, payroll and other payments, banking, cash flow and investment
3) To arrange and review insurance cover
4) To ensure compliance with the businesses financial regulations, and to cooperate with the internal audit arrangements
5) To manage the business information and communications technology systems, to ensure that appropriate IT, database, website and email functions are developed and maintained.
6) In conjunction with the retain HR advisors, to manage the human resource systems e.g. recruitment practices, compliance with employment legislation, sickness monitoring
7) Pensions administration
8) Liaise with internal and external auditors
You will also need SAGE 50 & Sage Payroll experience.
AAT qualified and above.
