Financial Analyst

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnered with a rapidly expanding organisation based in East Oxfordshire to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their team.

This role is newly created and will offer a salary of between £23,000 and £27,000 per annum with excellent benefits and career development.



The Financial Analyst Role:

An opportunity to work within the Financial Planning and Analysis team building key relationships internally and externally supporting the production of insightful Management Information to assist the decision making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manipulation of large data sets to convert to Management information
• Assist with the implementation of new processes and help develop robust financial control
• Assisting the Management Accountant to produce long term plans, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Build and maintain monthly FP&A reports
• Take ownership of certain cost centre P&L's as required

The successful candidate will hold a foundation knowledge within the Management Accounting/Financial Analysis field, have intermediate to advanced Excel skills inclusive of Pivot Tables, V-Lookups alongside an analytical and proactive thought process. AAT qualified and studying towards CIMA/ACCA would be advantageous.
