Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Payroll Assistant on behalf of a large successful legal firm based in Halifax.
Client Details
Our Client have a need for a Payroll Assistant to join their HR team and assist in the end to end payroll process for the business.
Description
As a Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for, however not limited to; processing end to end payroll, managing the administration of all legislation relating to payroll, managing the administration of all payrolls, managing the maternity, paternity, SSP and SPP payments and supporting the HR & Payroll team with any additional adhoc dutes.
Profile
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience working within a Payroll role
- Working knowledge of Payroll systems
- Ability to deal with all customers and clients at all levels both internal and external.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Job Offer
Salary is ranging £18,000 - £23,000 + 25 days holiday per year + 3% employer Pension contributions + free onsite parking
