Accountancy Practice Manager - Qualified Accountant - Haverfordwest

Your new company
A well known West Wales Practice with multiple offices. They have grown consistently over the last 5 years through natural growth and acquisition. Their Haverfordwest office is now looking for a Practice Manager who can manage the team as well as a portfolio of clients. It's a fantastic growth opportunity at a level which hardly comes up in the West Wales area.

Your new role
As a Practice Manager, you will split your time between managing a portfolio of clients and the people management of the office as a whole. You will oversee the development of Juniors, fee performance of the team and general development needs internally whilst being the face of the office in terms of networking.

From an Accounts perspective, you will work as a Client Manager, managing a portfolio that includes a mix of sectors including farming, leisure and manufacturing. You will complete high end technical work across Accounts and Tax and review the work of Juniors.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ACCA qualified with a relevant level of experience as Client Manager or Senior Accountant. You might not have been Practice Manager, but an aptitude for people management is a hugely important aspect of the role.
