Responsibilities:
You will be required to assist in all aspects of the corporation tax compliance process for multiple operating companies within the group including specifically:
• The preparation of corporation tax returns and supporting computations;
• Assisting with all related disclosure elements including transfer pricing, interest restriction, research & development tax credit, loss review, CFC review and capital allowances etc;
• The calculation of quarterly instalment payments; and
• Assisting with general research projects.
You will be required to assist in the preparation of the tax accounting provisions and disclosures for the UK entity accounts under FRS 101 and to assist with the work required to prepare the UK tax disclosures for the group accounts under IFRS.
You will also be required to assist with the preparation of the statutory accounts for the UK entities under FRS 101 and FRS 102.
About you:
• Attained a minimum of 2:1 in a finance degree or AAT/ATT qualified or studying towards
• Achieved an A-C grade in Maths, English and IT at GCSE or the equivalent
• Willingness to undertake further training as required
• Possess the ability to proactively manage your workload and work independently
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of people
• Experience of divisional reporting, Excel, Oracle, HFM and OneSource would be beneficial
