This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding technology based organisation, operating in a very interesting sector. Working within a small team and reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following:
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Investigate supplier invoice queries, price differences, coding manual invoices
• Cash flow and banking
• Liaison with internal and external contacts
• Preparation of monthly Intrastat returns
• Preparation of monthly CIS returns
• Reconcile Credit Card accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• General administrative duties to the Financial Controller
• Under taking company projects
• Barclays Banking Reconciliation
• Support in management of overseas office transactions and accounting
You will have a stable and progressive track record to date and be looking to develop your career in a growing and expanding business. You will be an organised individual with a self-starting attitude and the ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills are essential. You will have excellent Excel abilities and prior exposure to SAP B-1 is an advantage
