This Top 20 firm of accountants is looking for an experienced AAT, ACCA, ACA or Qualified By Experienced Bookkeeper with a strong general practice background.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Undertake bookkeeping for clients using Quickbooks, Xero, Sage and Excel
- Completion of VAT and similar business returns
- Undertake reviews of records maintained by clients
- Dealing with client queries
- Prepare management accounts for review by more senior staff and discussing results with the client
- Familiarity in working with a budget and achieving targets for chargeable hours
Clients range across sectors including property, manufacturing, retail, high net worth individuals with turnovers up to £30m.
The salary is negotiable, but they are looking at up to £27,000 depending on experience. Training will be provided on all computer systems. Please note - there is no study package offered with this position.
