Role: Accounts Assistant
Location: Lincoln, LN6
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.00, 1 hour for lunch
Our client is seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to its small, friendly team.
Core duties:
* review of accounts at trial balance (sole traders, partnerships and limited companies)
* resolving queries
* finalising accounts and completing tax returns
* review/preparation of regular bookkeeping, VAT and payroll
Experience:
* AAT qualified or part qualified (or higher)
* due to client's offices, car owner essential
* previous experience within practice
* working knowledge of spreadsheets
* comfortable using accounts packages
* team player
* friendly, easy going nature
