McWilliam Park Hotel Mayo are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team. The Hotel The 4 Star McWilliam Park Hotel is located in the town of Claremorris in the heart of the West, half way between Galway and Sligo. The hotel consists of 103 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 4 meeting rooms plus the McWilliam Suite which can cater for up to 600 delegates. The leisure centre at the hotel includes a gym, 18m indoor pool, Sauna, Steam room and Jacuzzi. Using fine local produce, John Gray's Restaurant serves a creative menu with a wide range of cuisine. Kavanagh's Bar and Lounge features live entertainment and provides a range of hearty dishes and drinks. Duties Include To manage the Corporate Sector in Ireland on a proactive basis  To research new opportunities and identify opportunities within current customer base  To follow up on leads from any source  To take overall responsibility for Weddings ensuring that you maximise revenue in this area.  You will be involved in all aspects from enquiry to service delivery including promoting and selling, advertising, tailoring packages to suit the couples requiements/budgets and providing accurate information to the operational team to ensure flawless service  To understand and assist with the implementation of the social media strategy  To assist with marketing campaigns for the leisure centre To prepare sales reports as requested by Revenue Manager & General Manager  To prepare weekly report on activity and results achieved  To attend Trade Exhibitions and assist with Events hosted by the Hotel as required  To assist in the Reservations Department as required    If you feel that you have the ambition and skills necessary for this role and are ready for your next career move within a progressive Hotel Group that provides opportunity for advancement, then please forward your CV in confidence for consideration.
