Experienced Bar & Function Bar Staff - Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Sligo

To expand our Food and Beverage Team we are currently looking for experienced Waiting staff for our main bar as well as experienced Function bar staff.    Your main responsibilities will be: * Provide efficient and courteous bar service * Accurately records, pre-checks and picks up all food and beverage orders * Serve guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously * Ensures that their working area and station are stocked with mise-en-place and kept clean and tidy at all times   The successful candidate will have: * Fluency in English * A natural Yes I can attitude * Previous experience in a busy bar environment is essential * Good working knowledge of food service will be a distinct advantage  Succesful candidates will be working a variety of shifts but day time availability during the week is essential.    Candidates applying for the Function Bar role should be availble to work Friday and Saturday evening and night.
