Operations Director Bristol up to £75,000 + benefits + bonus
Unique opportunity for experienced & motivated Operations Director to lead pioneering team, developing & driving delivery of an innovative B2C strategy to achieve profitable growth
The Role
As Operations Director you will lead the Commercial training sector in this top performing training company to achieve sustained growth & deliver agreed business targets. Leading a large, remote team, your responsibilities include:
- creating / delivering strategy to deliver profitable growth against plans and budgets
- ensuring sector quality standards are in line with Company / Ofsted guidelines
- finding new revenue streams / clients to develop sector profitability and growth
- maintaining / enhancing relationships with existing customers
- managing performance of team to maintain a high performing culture
- contributing to projects to support company strategy
- maximising revenue generation and sales conversion rates through call centre team

The Person
As Operations Director you will have experience of managing a team of staff at a senior level within a target driven environment as well as experience of leading operations, preferably within a regulatory environment.
With experience operating at Board / Senior Management level and a desire to operate in fast paced private equity backed business you will also have:
- a pragmatic approach, with ability to add commercial value
- experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- strong communication / self-motivation skills
- ability to inspire / lead team through cultural change
- excellent judgment / creative problem solving / negotiation skills
- sales generation expertise
- experience of regulatory bodies
