Accounts Assistant, Poole – Temporary – Up to £9.50 per hour
Our client, a leading supplier based in Poole are now in requirement of an Accounts Assistant to join them on an ongoing basis. Working closely with the Accounts team you’ll assist in the day to day operation of the department.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Filing purchase ledger invoices in order
* Matching purchase ledger invoices to purchase orders
* Banking
* Checking statements
* Chasing outstanding invoices
You’ll have:
* Previous accounts experience
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Attention to detail
The Accounts Assistant opportunity is offered on a temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.
