We are recruiting on behalf of our large financial services client in Nottingham for a team leader within the operations department. This is a temporary role although minimum contract will be for 12 months and could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Description
You will head up a team of operations administrators who are mainly responsible for managing claims and the administration duties relating to these.
Profile
Ideally you will have led a team responsible for claims ie. PPI claims before. Knowledge of FCA regulations, GDPR, data protection. Ability to lead and motivate a small team of claims handlers.
