We are looking to recruit new Enforcement Agents in the Liverpool area.

This is an opportunity to develop a successful self employed career as a certificated enforcement agent, through City & Guilds accredited training and real-life experience learning from a dedicated mentor.

Robust 12 week PAID training programme (£280 - £350 p/w) – no exam, but you will be continually assessed both in the class room and on-the-street shadowing of experienced agents.
This is an ideal second career for Ex Military or those with an SIA door supervisor license.
You will be working for one of the UKs largest judicial services group, with 2,000 employees and agents processing over 1 million cases each year.
The role:
To be engaged on a self-employed supplier basis to visit defaulters at the addresses stated on warrants (includes Liability Orders and Writs) to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.
Key supplier activities: to adhere to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (TCE) and to key activities below which are a guide only and activity is not limited to this summary;

• Operating on a self-employed basis, planning own daily schedule from warrants allocated by our client.
• Following own schedule to visit residential addresses to execute warrants or seize goods to the value of the warrant adhering to the clients policies and procedures and the legal requirements of the role at all times
• Account for monies received and control the use of the manual receipt book and other documents, in accordance with audit and compliance measures
• Return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner
• Ensure that all seizure notices are kept in a secure place and are available on request to justify fees applied
• Enter reports via appropriate devices / databases in accordance with client requirements
• Comply with reasonable audit requests
• Provide and maintain detailed incident reports as required
• Undertake training and development as required by the role in order to represent the client in a professional and legally compliant manner
• Maintain any vehicle or equipment leased or issued via the client and used to carry out the role to the required standards

Ability to supply services on own initiative and without supervision
• Good numerical and literacy skills and basic administration skills
• Ability to supply to agreed targets (e.g minimum doors per day and payments per week)
• Ability to remain calm, confident and respond logically in difficult situations
• High level of self-motivation and drive able to offer supplier services during unsociable hours (between 6am and 9pm)
