My client is a well established business which started in 2011, they are a fast-growing specialist insurance group offering an extensive range of motorcycle, car, van, home and business policies to a wide range of clients.

Working within the Admin Team which supports the Sales & Service call centre, administrating motorcycle and van insurance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to secure a position within a dynamic business offering opportunities for career progression.

This advisory role will require the successful candidate to confidently handle outbound service calls across the policy portfolio, invite renewals, amendments and other customer service enquiries.

About you:
– Preferably although not essential, have one or more years’ insurance experience

– Understand our customers’ specialist insurance needs

– Be driven and ambitious to progress their career

– Be self-starting, responsive and able to learn quickly

– Have strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English)

– Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

– Have a friendly and confident telephone manner

– Be committed to offering excellent customer service

– Be organised and have an eye for detail

You may have experience of the following: Administrator, Word, Excel, Outlook, Financial Services, Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Administration, Secretary, Customer Services, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Admin Executive, Insurance etc.
